Build a consistent daily practice with guided sessions. Membership includes pre-recorded 10-15 minute sessions of warm-ups, yang flows, and yin flows. New videos are added on a weekly basis.
Warm ups: Gently prepare your body with qigong, yoga, massage, and functional movement exercises. Ideal for the beginning of the day or the start of your practice.
Yang flows: An active blend of yoga and qigong designed to stretch and strengthen the body. Best practiced after warm-ups.
Yin flows: Gentle qigong flows using breath and movement to support the smooth flow of energy. Ideal for finishing your practice or at the end of the day.
For those who feel called to offer additional support, the Supporter Membership includes everything in the Morning & Evening Practice, and helps sustain the continued creation of these offerings.
